At Angelus Paint, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative supplies; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our official store within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent leaking or damage during transit and include your RMA form inside the package before shipping to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
